Post-Christmas and New Year weigh-in. Yes, it's up, and I am annoyed with myself about that, but........... I weigh less than this time last year so that's a win.
Training throughout the year was good and consistent but I am noticing my joints, ligaments, and/or tendons are becoming painful. I think it is a post-menopause thing so going to have to address that.
But, all in all, at this point in time, I am happy enough with my physical state!
