Thankfully, all of the salt and extra calories are beginning to work themselves through my body, and I am on the way down to 180. Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. WHEW !!! We all made it through those extra calories during the holiday season, and can get back to normal lives. Everyone have a great 2023. Keep focusing, keep losing weight, and pushing forward toward your goals. God is good.
