Completed preliminary week 1 of this awesome rebuild routine! Taking a step out of my regular favourite exercises to wake up my other muscles. I haven't been this sore in a long time! Such a love-hate relationship but progress in anything only comes when you step out of your comfort zone.
Water intake and caloric intake has been regulated once again. It's also brought back regular structure into my work and family life. Planned meals with the family helps reduce the stress of guessing what to eat and also encourages healthy eating for the kids as well as a routine. Discipline in the gym easily transfers into other areas of your life. I am so thankful I decided to love myself more.
I wish all healthy living goal new year's resolutions see progress and fulfillment!
