First weigh in after 2 weeks. Well after having a headcold for the past 10 days I think I can finally go for my walk today. been feeling a bit off but I've sorted it out last night with my medication, I wasn't taking my regular amount 🤦‍♂️. I was 131.7kg a few days again but I've been eating a bit more than usual in the last couple of days due to stress and other problems. My short term goal is to get below 130kg so I've got that in my view 💪
132.7 kg Lost so far: 9 kg.    Still to go: 32.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm glad you are feeling better... Those walks make all the difference, don't they!! Not even for the calories burned, but also just to get the blood and oxygen around your body, clear the head and give your muscles something to do hahaha ... It was cool and rainy here yesterday, but I still pulled on my gumboots (yes, really rainy) and took my umbrella and headed out for my walk. That hit of endorphins from a good walk in the reserve is too good to miss 😉

I’m sure you will achieve that 130 soon Bruce. One day at a time. I am starting to walk again, hopefully before the weather gets too hot I can get into a habit. I think of you and your great achievements and that gets me moving.
