A little drop. Let the battle continue!!

Happy Sunday everyone!

90.4 kg Lost so far: 31.7 kg. Still to go: 15.5 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 1.0 kg a Week

I dropped .2 and think it's Christmas. Doesn't take much to excite me. Now to maintain that for the next week.
