That's more like it.

Back to the Gym today. Hubby didn't go....he needed a down day. Plus he's getting prepared for possible bad weather. It's going to be very cold with wind this week. Rain in the forecast & with cold temps we could get snow....or ice...even worse.

I got in a pretty good workout. I did some upper & lower body. I got the go ahead from the doctor last week. He said if it doesn't hurt while I lifting a weight, it's OK. I have an appointment with a Physical therapist after the first of the year. He also prescribed some pain meds & muscle relaxers to use as needed.

Since Hubby stayed home I was able to get in some last minute Christmas shopping for him. We don't usually do big gifts these days except when we decide on something for both of us. But, I like to have some things under the tree for him.

Picked up some groceries, too. Bought more bottled water. We drink tap water most of the time, but if we have a power outage we need to be prepared. We needed more fruit & I bought some frozen shrimp & a couple of pizzas, since I had a coupon. I debated on more Egg Nog, but decided I didn't really need it. I had some when my daughter was here, although she drank more of it than me. Hubby doesn't drink it so a fresh carton would all be for me.

Well, off to bed.....😴💤💤💤
