Skipping is going well. Evening eating is getting better. Weight isn't coming off fast, but I am losing inches. (Lost 5 inches off waist). I am stronger too, I can slowly lower myself to the ground push-up style, on my feet, no longer on my knees.
84.5 kg Lost so far: 4.0 kg.    Still to go: 21.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
