trying to make small changes to get things moving in the right direction again. decreased the serving size of my morning oatmeal and haven't noticed increase in hunger. planning for treats and snacks for the day, and I'm less likely to go overboard snacking that way, when I have a plan I can look forward to.
97.3 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 28.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.1 kg a Week
