Well, I'm back to logging all my calories after this morning's weigh-in. My 'moderation' gauge doesn't seem to be working too well on it's own! It's OK though, not gonna beat myself up or stress all day about it. Give me a week, and let's see if I can get things back on track😉👍

Even Atlas only lifted 1 world. You are trying to juggle 3 of them. The Holidays, weight management and nicotine addiction might just cause your BIG RED "S" for Super Successful to Quiver just a little bit. If anyone can do it, I know it is You! Have a Happy Healthy day!

Such a joy to see you! 😃🤗 Yeah, my moderation doesn't go too well without tracking, either. As much as I'd like to graduate from food journaling. Dr. Yoni Freedhoff recommends making tracking a permanent thing. At least, I've found it's gotten easier as I've done it more
