Ahhh, what a pain! Have you ever entered a journal entry and see it not upload?
That just happened! I had a feeling I should have copy and pasted just in case. Oh well... I have a second shot at my thoughts I guess...
Here it goes 😄
After 5 days it seems I've lost weight.
Now that I'm tracking my caloric intake, it seems I may have been eating more before or my intensity in the gym has gone up.
I am working on progression in the gym again so I'm sure my caloric demand is higher now. I've also increased frequency at the gym.
This time around, I'm more focused on my family and myself. Moreso myself this time when I'm in the gym and my family when I'm at home. Work is just work now. No longer looking to advance so I'm using the gym as a place of outlet and improvement for myself every day. I want to focus on my family too as I know my kids won't be kids forever.
This intensity from my drive to improve is making me progress and push more weight again. This will probably be my reason for a loss in weight. Caloric demand.
Water intake has become more regular. I am tracking this too and am consuming more than I did before. I know I'm not losing water weight. in fact I believe I need more as my lips have been so dry the last month. It's gotten better since tracking my water though 😅
Let's see where this 3000kCal will take me. 1 more week. But I will likely increase in a couple of days!
