Big lose I think from the fact that the last time I weighted I had inflammation so it didn’t show my true weight lose for the week. I’m still running and dieting all the same as I have been.
97.9 kg Lost so far: 16.0 kg.    Still to go: 16.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
