Good morning FS!

I'm back to my regular diet. No more strict carb and fat guidelines. I try to eat around 1450 calories daily, with a focus on 1) including fruit and veggies sometime in the day, 2) small portions, and 3) spreading the calories across three relatively balanced meals and one or two small snacks.

It's difficult to not be on that strict diet anymore. I've realized how much I eat all day. I love food. I salivate when I think of certain things, especially fried, breaded yummies. But I've learned something by coming off of that crazy diet: the IDEA of eating bad food is way better than actually eating the food itself, so I'm trying to learn to keep the cravings instead of responding to them. Having cravings is way better than falling to them. It's just going to take more discipline and self-inhibition than I'm used to.

Anyway, I'm back on the slow and steady down trend. Down half a pound this week. That's good!
