Sometimes life gets in the way of proper diet and exercise. Such has been my last month, efforts derailed by a combination of work, stress and family stuff. Making a note and moving on in a (hopefully) more positive direction.
79.7 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 13.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
