Augh... I've been so bad lately about keeping away from comfort food.
81.2 kg Lost so far: 24.0 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

getting back on the horse can be the hardest thing to do.. but ur doing it sooner than later, thats all what matters.
