Stayed on track. No loss, no gain, but typically I dont lose the first week on new diet. Motivated.

Thanks Debbie :) I'm just so tired of being overweight and sluggish. I lost 80 lbs after my daughter was born in 1988 and for the most part kept it off for years. Since my husband passed away in 2018 Ive put on about 30 lbs. It's time to get it off! Hoping to see some kind of loss next week.
