It's Monday and today I start my 8 week plan:

HOME & HEALTH GLOWUP aka Conscious Eating & Self-Care or Healthy Home & Me :)

Nov 21, 2022 - Jan 15, 2023 8weeks/56 days to myself on my best track forward for 2023.

I prefer to call it Conscious Eating cos my Intuition and Mind seem to disappear when it comes to food! I'll daily track weight, meals (with times and feelings) and exercise. I'll post a weekly summary (maybe Mondays?). Also need to get my home organized, get my life into a routine before I begin job search. Biggest issue: TRUSTING MYSELF. I know what to eat & amounts, I know how to exercise, I know how to be successful. This is just me coaching me :)

With the Christmas season upon us, restricting any foods won't work (for me, in long run). I'll just binge. I also have very low key Christmas holidays, so I can very easily avoid anything I don't want. I am just training myself to be in control and be very conscious of what I am doing.

Starting measurements (ugh):
Weight: 308.2 (result of 10 days of eating large amounts of whatever)
Waist 46"
Belly button 61"

Well, here I gooooooo :)
