Woke at #207, yesterday was a very physical day, walked 22,347 steps feeding 450 pll there Friendsgiving meals and then power washing the 3 kitchens, I only grazed on food a LIL this and Lil That, when I got home was not feeling it for food, so I'm sure thats where the loss came from, will go out to eat tonight, not very nice outside looks gray, want to ride motorcycle, but might rain, off for 9 days, no plans, Life is good and I'm DO N OK !
93.9 kg Lost so far: 99.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

@DO N OK, I can't thank the people who cooked and served up great food during my many years/decades of scholastic learning. I can, however, thank you for all your hard work keeping brains and body's fed and happy. (My English teachers are rolling over laughing/crying/grimacing lol). Thank you, and Happy Holiday's 😃
