Same here but then I am not doing plenty of things right and know it.

It’s ok, 1.2 lbs is barley any weight gain. After going out with my husband this weekend, I gained over 5 lbs, and now through out the week i am almost back down to my weigh in last Friday. I find it helps me to be compassionate with myself, to remind myself that this is a marathon-not a sprint, and the wonderful part of this calorie counting app vs extremely restrictive dieting is that you can allow yourself to enjoy foods in a more mindful way. Maybe you ate something really delicious and your body didn’t digest it the way you had hoped- oh well! I’m sure it was yummy! You deserve to treat yourself sometimes!! If you feel it wasn’t worth it, don’t indulge next time
