☆ New Low ☆
I'm not really seeing any dramatic changes, even though my weight is about 5 lbs. down from when I started working out at the Gym in July. I am eating a little more. My average daily calorie intake has been around 1700 calories for the past 3 weeks. Some days I eat over & some days I may eat a little less. I'm certainly not depriving myself. I'm in maintenance so I'm not actively trying to lose weight but if I gradually go down a bit that's OK. I need to schedule another body scan to see if my fat/ muscle ratio has improved any more. I am stronger than I was....upping some of my weights & able to do more reps of the exercises I do to loosen up.

Today was rainy & cold, but I had a Mammogram scheduled so I had to go out this afternoon. I stopped by the Outlet Mall afterwards & popped into a few stores. I wasn't seeing much I liked but I decided to try one last store...The Loft. I tried on several pairs of pants. I took 2 sizes of each into the fitting room but ended up only trying the smaller size 😊 I decided to buy the burgundy pair in brushed cotton. They match the flannel shirt I bought recently. I tried a grey pair the same size (8) & style but they were looser.

I also had to stop for a few groceries then I went home. No strawberries again today....they've been scarce the past couple of weeks. I bought blueberries & clementines to supplement the fruit I still have at home. The prewashed lettuce I like has not been available lately either. I bought some arugula instead. Most things I need have been available but I'm finding a few are hit or miss.

Well, need to get up to bed. Tomorrow will be here before we know it.

Congratulations on the new low! How nice to do that in maintenance and how nice to buy smaller clothes. I hate when I can't find what I want at the grocery store and it happens so often now.

Congrats on a new low!🎉 I am picky about my lettuce, too. I eat a locally grown, hydroponic one because I feel so clean about it. Enjoy your day!:)
