It seems the only thing working for me right now is losing weight. How ironic! Everything else is a big storm of you you know what. I think mercury must still be in retrograde. To all my buddies I say this too shall pass.

66.5 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg. Still to go: 7.5 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
