I'm a little perplexed about weight gain. I've been doing well but I did make a huge bone in ham on Sunday with asian spinach salad and asparagus as sides. I'm wondering if I'm bloated from the sodium level of ham?!? I usually weigh on Mondays and Thursdays but purposely waited till today because I figured I'd flush out the sodium by now...
59.0 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Oth, It was pretty tasty and I think you are right about sodium. I will go low carb today, workout, and drink lots of water and see how it goes. 👍

Hams have so much salt. I think they could do with less.
