This is genuine backsliding, but I’m not that dismayed. (It took a weekend of sitting in front of the computer and eating Hershey’s kisses to get my November novel out of deficit.)

But this week, I’ll get back on the wagon by:
Jogging 3 times and
Bringing and drinking water at work every day.
68.2 kg Lost so far: 13.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
