Still on GM diet.
Day one fruit only - tough day to follow ; made it
Reward loss 1 kg to 82.2

Day 2 fruit / vegetable only Think it will go better

No exercise - do not whant too much stress on 62 year old body.
82.2 kg Lost so far: 14.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
