So honeymoon Ian's post-honeymoon lazing is over, back to normal, aim to go back down to 60kg by Christmas. Currently at 65 kg - 10 stone 3lb.
65 kg Lost so far: 13.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
