Not much of a loss because when I weighed in at 132.8 last time it was in the afternoon after I'd eaten, having consumed a lot of sodium in recent days. Then it was probably actually around 132, so only 1 lb. in last week.
59.4 kg Lost so far: 7.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'd take a pound loss. I'd take half a pound at this point. From what I've seen the closer you get to your goal the slower the weight comes off so congrats on that pound!

A pound is good That is 4 pounds a month a good loss.

IC, it's not that I'm getting closer to my goal. Weight is actually coming off more easily. It's 1) not counting everything on my phone 2) too many nuts and 3) not running my minimum miles. It was just fall back though, which will help, and my new road shoes arrive today. $150. Ooff. But worth it. Damn Nike people have me dependent on some of their products. Looking forward to logging my miles on some new routes this week.
