Fasted for 36 hours. I did eat a little early today. I grabbed 3 slices of turkey lunch meat and a coffee. I was getting cranky. Prepping for a tropical storm/hurricane. We are smack dab in the middle of the cone. I hope we don't lose power or if we do it will come back on quickly. I picked up my Thanksgiving turkey today. I still have to throw water bottles in the freezer yet.
115.4 kg Lost so far: 17.6 kg.    Still to go: 63.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
