Woke at #211, Was very surprised by this since I went out to eat a few times and went to a party with lots of food, I did play pickleball Saturday and walked 9 miles on Sunday, mainly in malls etc. Hope to stay on course before HOLIDAZE which are fast approaching. I'm also going to a professional Chefs meeting tonight so hopefully will not eat to much , And I'm DO N OK !
95.7 kg Lost so far: 98.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
