I know. Some of those laws don't seem to always pan out. Some kind of variable has to be at play like salt ingestion, retained stool, etc.

Hi Siegels, this is why I wonder why so many people weigh daily. I find once per week on the same day and time gives me a more consistent view.

Don't worry, sometimes that's why -Morticia Addams says, look back, you're doing well.🤗

I know that sense of frustration very well. That is why I stopped weighing every day. It was an emotional roller coaster. The worst. So now like Russell c64 suggests I weigh myself once a week same day same time works the best. Good luck.

Hello, Siegels. I think you are doing well. Here is one tip which is helpful. Intake of high fiber foods is crucial to lose weight as well. Recommended daily fiber intake from foods is 25-30 gm by AHA. According to The MAYO Clinic, Fiber — along with adequate fluid intake — moves quickly and relatively easily through your digestive tract and helps it function properly. A high-fiber diet may also help reduce the risk of obesity, heart disease and diabetes. They say that women should try to eat at least 21 to 25 grams of fiber a day, while men should aim for 30 to 38 grams a day. So, it is time to investigate your fiber intake and CICO. Good luck!
