Surprised. I haven't been able to run as much as I wanted this week. That's what usually makes the difference. I have to eat < 1500 calories and run at least 20 miles a week, 4 miles at a time. But I didn't and saw a difference. Weight is strange.
60.2 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

HOLY COW! I only run that much if I'm running FROM something! You are awesome! You should make your journal public. Right now only your buddies can see it, but you probably knew that already.

Thanks for the kind words. No actually I didn't know that. I don't really get how FS works. The UX is not that intuitive IMO. Maybe I have some setting where people can't see my group posts either? I really hoped to start a message board for sharing vegan and gluten-free recipes in the Vegans and Vegetarians Group and have gotten no responses.

I agree with Instantcrazy - I've gotta be running AWAY from something, and even then it's only a moderatly fast walk lol...but then again, at 57, and way too many lbs to go (even tho I've removed 20lbs as of today), I don't think running is something I want to start at this stage of the game lol - but wtg!

Congratulations on your loss! That's amazing. About running (or any other exercise or sport) - you might surprise yourself. I used to have a mental block about running. Now it's a part of me.

Moderate walking is much easier/better on the joints than running.
