W: 45.3kg, F: 16.2%, M: 36.0kg

My gym has the 12 times challenge this month. This means we have to go at least 3 times per week.
More I go there, more my weight gain.
Trainer says this means my muscles gained more.
Is it good or what?
45.3 kg Lost so far: 0.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.4 kg a Week
