Fifth week over
My physical strength loss is noticeable. Playing tennis felt as an effort. I had water retaining issues as well. All in all I feel good.
I am sometimes hungry, but my appetite is limited when I remember my food choices.
Still positive about the success in spite of a tougher week. My weight loss forecast for the next week is at most one Kg.
My plan is to start running when I reach 90 Kg. It seems the realistic time target for that would be around the second week of November. My hope with that is to boost my metabolism with an additional -3000 KCal per week.
On the nicer side of the story I have to mention that I started to fit in my old cloths.

95.5 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 20.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
