No biggie. I go up and down every day. As long as I average loss for the last 7 days I don't worry about the little ups I get. My son is back on American soil!!! We get to see him soon. Only 11 more days. So excited. He's off the ship and heading to 5 guys (his favorite meal)
116.1 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 64.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.3 kg a Week
