Getting a slow start to my Sunday. Been watching cooking shows. OMG, they use so much butter. I like it a lot and do use it, but not that much.
So, Now to exercise because that is what will help me move this lazy Sunday forward. J
80.3 kg Lost so far: 17.2 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Great time to exercise! I look at recipes online to see if I would like to try some, and they list so much butter that I tell myself no. It is crazy!
