WOO HOO! Thought I gained one pound on vacay, but back down to a little lower than before we left! (That after the morning mug o' coffee!)
So I am pretty pleased about that. I had set a mini goal to maintain (at least) while on vacation. Managed to have a good time, to eat out and make pretty much good choices while feeling satisfied.
78.2 kg Lost so far: 14.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
