A little frustrated because I was so proud of myself yesterday because we went to the movies and I had half a three musketeers bar and that is it. I would normally have had a large coke, popcorn with butter and probably some kind of candy too. Did good the rest of the day too. So to get up this moring and have gained over a pound is pretty discouraging. Grrrrr.
93.3 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 25.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I know isn't that frustrating. Just remember that your body weight is constantly fluctuating and as long as you didn't take in an extra 3500 calories that pound is probably just water weight.

I agree. You are probably just retaining water. I was up 1.8 lbs the other day and was very disappointed. But today I'm down below the 1.8lb gain. So in one day I didn't lose that weight in fat but just the water I was retaining.

Thanks for the encouragement! I'm still proud of myself for being good at the movies so I think I should focus more on that accomplishment! Hope you both have a great week!!

You are doing a good job, just keep at it. Your body can change up to two pounds per day. The results will be seen as you continue on track and see yourself a week from now. The movies are hard I know, GREAT JOB and keep moving forward. You can do this!
