Worked out last night for 2 hours because I totally overate. Glad I did that because I definitely would have gained if I didn’t.

The guilt after over eating is so horrible isn’t it lol
46.7 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
