2 cups of strawberries, a greek yogurt cup and some Diet Coke. It’s 180 calories total for lunch. I am always surprised how much strawberries you can eat, they are pretty low cal. I think this will be all I have today.

Worked out last night for 2 hours because I totally overate. Glad I did that because I definitely would have gained if I didn’t.

The guilt after over eating is so horrible isn’t it lol
