Fourth week done
I felt OK, a bit tired maybe. I played two hours tennis on two different days. I was at my physical limits.
Still not feel any hunger. I followed strictly the Atkins eating rules. I realized my Ketostix were expired, so I bought new ones. They turn dark purple almost instantly.
Now the weight loss pace is in correlation with my calorie debt. In average I have -2400 KCal per day, which is about -16800 KCal per week. That translates to about 1.6 Kg weight loss per week.
97.3 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 22.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
