I'm back. I know I've been gone a long time. And I feel worse than ever. I'm back to what I was before I lost so much. I learned I don't want to be skinny but I do want to feel better. So i liked myself between 240/260. I was a size 18 at that weight. So here goes yet again. The good thing about this is that every day is a fresh start.
161.5 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 48.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
