Happy Monday, FS friends. New low today, barely, after weeks of floating around 185. Didn’t have any derailments this week but also didn’t get as much exercise as I should have. Let’s see if I can finally get into the lower 180s now. Onward! Don’t forget to count your blessings along with your calories (macros, deadlifts, etc. as appropriate)!
83.5 kg Lost so far: 24.0 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
