Two more pounds off. Thank goodness. Now to not catch whatever cold is going around. Praying that if Dad does have pneumonia; he won't be too weak to fight it and will recover. If not, well I guess I am ready for that too....
107.4 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 32.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi Bella! It has been a rough year. I completely lost myself and tried to replace it all with food. I am back on the wagon, though, and using the tools that helped me before. It is nice to come "back home".
