aggie95's Journal, 03 Oct 14

Ok, weigh in day. It took me all week to get to this weight and I have no idea why I gained in the first place. I'm suppose to be losing weight prior to my surgery but it seems that's not going to happen. Sigh! I'm watching what I'm eating, recording my calories here on FS,and exercising daily. What gives!!! 2 weeks left before surgery and in that time we will be celebrating our Canadian Thanksgiving. Hopefully I can enjoy in moderation!!

Weather is great today, warm and windy. Changing this evening, suppose to get a big rain storm and the temperatures will drop to more fall like temps. I will definitely get out a lunch time for a run. Nothing exciting happening this weekend. But I will be keeping my eating in line!!

Have a good one!
