Took my dog for a walk. Volunteered at the hospital. Went to two boring meetings. Free until Thursday. Have to make 40# of pulled pork for the festival on Saturday. Cant wait till it’s over.
73.5 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
