Now that I have graduated, passed the boards and gone on vacation, it is time to focus on the job hunt and my personal goals including weight. I will begin working out again tomorrow. I started vegetarian days again yesterday and will mix in low carb days when I do eat meat products. Overall I have kept the majority of the weight I lost off. My high was 320 and I am starting again at 299.1. The lowest was like 295 or 296 so not bad for the last 2 months of not exercising or eating right.
