I appreciate the scale reporting 183.8 today, because its been more like 185/186 the past few days, and weeks. Starting Atkins on Mondays always decreases my weight by Wednesday's weigh in, but not this week because I've been eating like a fat pig. I have 9 pounds to lose. I have to get control!
83.4 kg Lost so far: 18.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
