Still nauseated and still losing at a way faster rate than is healthy for me. However, I did go see a doctor and it's a big old sinus infection so I am on the mend! Be gone vertigo and bring on the Autumn hikes!
64.9 kg Lost so far: 34.5 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks guys! Another round of Rx today and fingers crossed the spinning stops. I am so appreciative that I am generally healthy and this is a blip but what a wake up call to slow down. Perfect time of year to do so!
