Happy September FS friends! I hope you have all had a fantastic summer. I didn’t “diet” diet but I certainly watched what I ate and I worked in the garden I think that gardening combined with daily walking accounts for my modest weight loss over the summer. Now that September is here, I have resumed dieting and hopefully can meet my weight loss goal. I hope all is well with you folks and that you continue your successful journey toward a healthier body.
70.4 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hiya CrystalJo, SM trillium and MOAD. It’s wonderful to be back on FS. Here’s the weird part; I didn’t weigh/measure any food during the summer and lost a reasonable amount of weight. Stranger still, I generally ate a bit more then when I was trying hard to keep calories at 1200 a day. Go figure!!??

Perhaps the nutrition QUALITY of your calories has improved plus the added physical exercise! Also, I find that my body gets kind of a 'kick start' when I change up the calories temporarily. Well done!!👍👍

I was up at Victoria Harbour/Midland area most of the time, 2qt. The rest of the time, I redesigned my back garden (we relocated to St. Catharines from GTA last year).
