I feel like I am eating a lot less but the scale isn't saying that. I know with taking my pain meds everyday that I'm retaining fluid. I have to have two complete days without pain meds in order to get rid of the fluid. I haven't been able to do that yet, despite having the 19 spinal injections in June.
I'm still on Ozempic & this morning I took .75mg & next Monday I will up it to 1mg. I don't know what to do next. I am trying most days to choose healthier options when I'm eating & do not take any second helpings at suppertime. I dont eat much during the day & I'm not hungry.
