Maybe 140 lbs isn't where I need to be? I'd prefer to be leaner, but it feels unnatural. 🤔

IKR. I only hit my low goal weight for a few days but I liked that mirror image and feeling. It seems to have set another standard. Just gotta get there and maintain. Good luck to you.

Agree with Erq...I hit 97 lbs & got told I looked "sickly" - I agreed - so I put back 10 lbs & feel just right🤙🏽
