Stomach flu is not the way I would want to lose weight. Hopefully I won't gain it all back when my appetite comes back.
103.0 kg Lost so far: 15.0 kg.    Still to go: 39.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Oh Ammittai, I hope you feel better. Just consider it a cleanse and start slow in eating again. Chicken noodle soup is wonderful for that. You're doing so good in your weight loss. Maybe in some ways it is a cleanse when we get sick. Burning away toxins? Maybe. Anyway, feel better.

Thank you Kimberly Rae. I did make the mistake of giving into a craving and I made an olive tapenade that I ate with light cream cheese and crusty artisan bread. It wasn't too heavy on calories but boy was it ever to rich for my poor abused stomach :P Getting better every day and still keeping it off for now :)
